Since 2017, John Makris has been conducting Wedding Photography Workshops, mostly in the area of Athens, Greece. His basic 5-day Workshop is themed “Wedding Photography”, during which every little aspect and detail of Wedding Photography is analysed – light, composition, pose, equipment, editing, marketing, etc. The participants will of course be able to photograph real couples, alongside John. Other than this 5-day seminar, John is also preparing 2-day and 3-day themed seminars. For the time being, these Workshops are being conducted in Greek.

Due to the Covid-19 situation, during April 2020, John Makris conducted 90 hours of Workshop classes through video conferencing – webinars. This innovative way of training for us and many of the participants involved, had great success, and has therefore been decided to be continued, with upcoming webinars also in English. Whoever enrols in one of the webinars, can view it live, asking questions and participating real-time, but can potentially view it at any other time, as they will be sent a link for on demand viewing and downloading.

Online Courses are themed videos, each of which will analyse specific topics, or techniques, with picture and video examples of how a particular photo was taken, step by step editing methods and much more!
